Moving Your Most Challenging Assets
Don't risk injury or damage attempting to move these items yourself. We apply expert rigging and custom protection protocols for the following heavy inventory types
Pianos (Grand & Upright)
From Spinets to Concert Grands. We remove legs and pedals, secure the body to a specialized piano board, and wrap it in heavy-duty padding to prevent shifting inside the truck.
Safes & Vaults
Gun Safes & Fireproof Files. Whether it is a 500-lb cabinet or a heavy-duty vault, we utilize reinforced dollies and floor runners to protect your home’s flooring while managing the weight.
Slate Pool Tables
We carefully disassemble the table and remove the felt. The heavy slate pieces are crated separately to prevent cracking and ensure easy reassembly.
Fine Art & Antiques
Sculptures & Large Mirrors. Standard boxes won't do. We build custom wooden crates on-site, tailored to the exact dimensions of your fragile heirlooms or oil paintings.
Home Gym Equipment
Fitness Machines. From Pelotons to weight racks. We perform standard disassembly for transport and secure heavy weights to prevent internal damage to the mechanisms.
Hot Tubs & Spas
We manage the safe tilting and loading of large, pre-disconnected tubs. The acrylic shell and exterior cabinet are fully wrapped and protected to prevent cracks during transport.
Professional Equipment & Rigging
Moving heavy assets isn't about brute strength—it’s about leverage and physics. We utilize heavy-duty equipment to ensure your items are moved efficiently.
Reinforced Dollies
We utilize heavy-duty dollies equipped with non-marking wheels. Designed to support extreme weight, they glide over floors without leaving scuffs or tracks on your hardwood.
Hydraulic Lift Gates
Lifting heavy assets requires precision, not just muscle. Our fleet features hydraulic lift gates that smoothly raise items up to 2,500 lbs, keeping the load level and stable.
Custom Wood Crating
Standard boxes fail with irregular shapes. For chandeliers, statues, or marble tops, we build custom wooden crates on-site, tailored to the exact dimensions of your asset for maximum protection.
Hoisting & Rigging
When furniture doesn’t fit through narrow hallways or stairwells, we adapt. We coordinate hoisting to safely maneuver items through windows or balconies using specialized straps.
Property Protection Protocols
Before we lift a single item, we prepare the path. We treat your home’s architecture with respect, implementing defensive measures to shield your floors and walls from the heavy traffic of a move.

Neoprene Floor Runners
We create a safe walkway by laying down non-slip runners. This shields your hardwood and tile from dirt, grit, moisture, debris, and scuffs in high-traffic areas.
Door Jamb Guards
Tight squeezes are common with oversized items. We apply padded covers to door frames and banisters to prevent dents or nicks while maneuvering bulky furniture.
Plywood Weight Distribution
For extreme loads like safes or pianos, we use plywood sheets. This distributes weight evenly, protecting your driveway, lawn, and tiling from cracking under pressure.
High-Value Inventory Protection
We understand that specialty items carry high financial and sentimental value. While our team is specifically trained to minimize risk, we strongly recommend Full Value Protection to ensure your assets are covered at their actual replacement cost.
Note: Items valued over $100/lb (like artwork or antiques) must be listed on our High-Value Inventory Form to ensure maximum coverage.
